The legendary Abulafia Bakery in Jaffa's Clock Square has become synonymous with fresh pita bread covered with za'atar and sesame, hot bagels with sesame seeds, moist sambusks and other original pastries. It has repeatedly been voted one of Tel Aviv’s mythological sites. Sa'id and Ziad Abulafia, the sons of Sami and Khamis Abulafia, continue the family tradition and legacy of the successful brand in the new Abulafia branch in the renewed and trendy Yarid Hamizrach, right at the entrance to Tel Aviv port (Building 1, northern entrance).
In the new branch, Abulafia fans will be able to enjoy all the wonderful qualities of the original bakeries, with new added value. This bakery is also an inviting café, designed in a cosmopolitan style by Yaron Tal and Noa Ilan. The spacious garden includes a fountain, a gazebo as well as a jamboree area - a refreshing addition for young families with children. Along with a variety of fresh, warm pastries, Abulafia has also developed a new health concept - a line of whole wheat pastries and a self-assembled salad bar.
