The Bulthaup Culinary Academy
The Israeli branch employs more than 30 designers and professionals. The training of designers and installers is carried out by the parent company in Germany, as well as in the various vocational courses. The original designs in the spirit of the Bauhaus principles of minimalism and quiet classics are coupled in Israel by a superior level of service and uncompromising quality control.
The new Bulthaup House combines the essence of design with a culinary academy. Along with progress and technology, people seek authenticity and individuality, so Bulthaup believes in the importance of focusing on self-realization and emotional experiences. This combination produces Bulthaup's unique experience and personal worldview.
The Bulthaup Culinary Academy is managed by Danny Lerner, formerly the CEO of the Katit Group, who ran the legendary brasserie in New York, owned the AZAFRAN restaurant in New York and was a consultant to numerous leading restaurants in Israel. Over the past 12 years, he has served as the chef and culinary director at cooking schools in Israel.
